Thomas has been an amazing help as my real estate agent with getting my units rented. He gets things done quickly, is extremely reliable, and always keeps me informed and up to date on showings and potential tenants. I really appreciate how responsive and proactive he is. I highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a great real estate agent!

Contacted me right away and helped me find the perfect home in a great neighborhood. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone.

I am a real estate investor in California with 5 other properties. Every time I've used a realtor to purchase or sell a property, I have only done so based on reference. In Florida, I was not able to get a reference and I decided to take a chance with Realtor.com where I found Thomas Blevens. I honestly could not be happier with the choice I made to work with him! Thomas was amazing from start to finish with absolutely perfect communication, excellent professionalism, amazing negotiation skills and superb knowledge of the Palm Beach County area. I have used the services of many real estate agents but I can assure you, Thomas is second to none and truly the best I've ever worked with on every level. He will be completely transparent with you with every detail of your real estate transaction. You will not be disappointed!

Thomas was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, an effective communicator and was very thorough. Thomas made sure we were comfortable through the entire process. From the house hunting, to the negotiating and all the way to the final purchase Thomas was the anchor of the operation. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions and recommendations based on those and any feedback we gave him was well taken and we worked well together. I 100% would say I would work with Thomas in the future.
