We wanted a professional to help us navigate this difficult market, and Tom proved to be exactly that. He worked with us to view homes and discuss strategies to bid on those we were interested in purchasing. Because we were coming from out of town, we had to schedule viewings in a narrow window. Karen Kinder provided support if Tom was unavailable. Between Tom and Karen, we purchased a home we are very happy with and we were able to get it at a reasonable price point. Their market knowledge, professionalism and character are exemplary. We couldn't have asked for better representation and we truly appreciate their efforts.
