Thomas helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent Knowledge and Support

Thomas was very knowledgable with the costs of defects and flaws which provided a realistic value to a home as a total purchase price. He was very supportive in helping find the house that suited my family's needs. He is very professional and has a strong understanding of the market flow and positioning for the purposes of making an offer on a home. He is very responsive to requests and was always working to get me access to housing walk-throughs quickly.
