Excellent Customer Service

We have spent 14 months driving Tom nuts trying to find a house (he used to have hair when we first met him). We're picky and sometimes frustrating and were having a devil of a time finding what we wanted. Not being from Kentucky we relied on Tom's expertise to guide us through unfamiliar territory. Due to no fault of Tom's we lost out on several homes where others beat us to them or other offers were accepted above ours. Tom was very patient and went WAY above and beyond to help get us into the home we finally secured. Thank you, Tom, for all your help and encouragement along the way.
