When it came time to start looking, we would fly in on a Friday and he would drive us to as many homes as we wanted to see before we had to fly back. I really appreciate the number of weekends he gave up to help us find the right place. Thom's knowledge of the different neighborhoods is extensive as well, we really felt like we got to know the areas we drove around in. During the closing he would send us video updates each week to let us know how things were progressing and was always around to answer any and all questions we had.
