My purchase was from out of state and so I needed someone special. I needed eyes and ears and a “local representative” beyond just an insurance agent. Tho Su was all of that. The purchase process, even in these trying times, was quick and flawless. Beyond that however, following the purchase - a time when most agents are long gone to the next client - Tho Su hung in there with me to assist way beyond and above, in getting all kinds of miscellaneous little things taken care of for me. Some not so little. She truly was indispensable in making my remote purchase. I have bought and sold many homes through the years and I can honestly say she is head and shoulders above any agents I have ever worked with. A buyer (or seller) would be fortunate indeed to have her enlisted to assist in the purchase or sale process.
