I've worked with a number of realtors now, and I was totally surprised by how dedicated and conscientious Theza was. She was always on top of what had to be done, and very responsive. The best part was that she really went above and beyond when it came to staging my house and making sure the job was done right. Theza is smart and highly competent and responsible. Theza was extremely helpful with our recent sale. She identified things for us to do to get our house ready for listing. She sold our house in less than 3 weeks through one of the open houses she held. She was also available to answer all my questions and worked closely with the buyers agent when issues arrived our septic. I would highly recommend her.

Theza went over and beyond and treated us like family. We were new to the state and area so needed some hand-holding for this purchase. She was very patient with us and kept us in the loop. Theza took all our concerns into consideration. She obviously has better knowledge of the real estate market than the average seller, and was able to guide us toward a realistic selling price. She provided multiple opportunities to show the house. And also made very good suggestions about preparing the house for sale, and helping us find any documents, permits, etc. that we would not have thought about.
