My wife and I just worked with Theron to sell our home in Newport News. We interviewed multiple agents with different companies and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. We received so wide if a range of listing price options from other agents that we ordered an independent an unofficial appraisal from a friend who owned a local business. Theron's assessment was dead on! Seriously! If you're looking for an honest listing with an agent who is going to go to bat for you, he's your guy. At closing we came out exactly where we wanted because Theron was able to map out and negotiate with not only the buyers, but the PICRA contractors as well. I've never experienced a better agent.
