Therese and Paul assisted me in selling a home that was part of my father’s estate. They were very helpful and professional through the whole process. I’d like to point out three strengths. First, they were easy to communicate with. During the year between when they first saw the house and when it was ready to sell, they touched base every couple months with market updates. Once listed, they proactively gave weekly status reports. All questions or requests I sent their way were fulfilled without delay. Second, their marketing was very thorough. The Realtor.com listing had plenty of good pictures and a detailed write-up. They used Trulia as well, which provided further reporting of activity. Additionally, they leveraged other resources in the New York area. Finally, they actively helped with support services, which was useful since I don’t live in the same area as the house. For example, the suggested getting a real appraisal instead of just relying on their market analysis. This allowed me to be sure their analysis was appropriate and that I wouldn’t run into price issues with the buyer’s lender. They provided a list of appraisers, one which I used on this house and two others. When the AC stopped working, they arranged for a repair company to fix the issue.

Therese and Paul have extensive knowledge of the area and are very responsive to any questions and leads. They helps walk us through the marketing and selling process. They are persistent and yet patient when needed. We would use them again if the need arises as we feel they are honest as well.
