My partner and I were moving from out of town so Therese blocked off a whole Saturday to look at 10 houses with us. As we went, she was able to pick up what were "nice to haves" vs "need to haves" for us maybe even better than we understood ourselves. She went above and beyond- booking a couple of extra houses as she caught our vibe. Once we decided to put an offer in, she was cool, calm and collected as we negotiated, and she stayed with us answering questions and reminding us to do the new homeowner things all the way until closing. I am sure if something went wrong post-closing, she'd be there in a heartbeat too. I can't believe I am writing this but I really had such a great time on our one-day 14 house tour of Minneapolis. Therese stuck with us through many, many showings both in the fall and spring. She was helpful in noticing various things about the homes and the lots they were on, that we otherwise would not have noticed! When we found the house we loved, she helped us fight for it in negotiations, working well outside of standard hours to get it done.
