We worked with Teri Schelin to buy our home, and she was excellent from start to finish. She knows the local market cold: she flagged issues in showings we would have completely missed and steered us away from a couple of properties that looked good on paper but had real problems. She was always available, answered questions fast, and never made us feel like a bother. What stood out most was how she handled negotiations. She was professional and easy to work with, but when she needed to push back on the other side (inspectors, listing agents, sellers) she did it firmly and got results.
