I approached Theresa about selling my lake home within the next six months. She said put it on the market as soon as possible as the only thing on the lake had just sold. She was extremely helpful in getting comparisons and helping us determine a fair price to ask. When we got an offer, Theresa was on a camping vacation, she drove to a town where she could get cell service to check in with us every day. She helped when we had some problems with our chairlift to the lake, getting a motor replaced and talking to our vendor concerning recommendations. We have become friends.
