I can’t think of anything that Terry didn’t do well. Hiring a realtor seems way too expensive just to handle the steps to sell a house in a sellers market, but their real value is in maximizing your selling price. Terry was able to set an asking price to create bidding competition between buyers and ended up with a selling price that not only covered her fee but exceeded the money that I expected to end up with in my pocket.

Theresa is fabulous, from first meeting on she listened to our requests, made suggestions, and got our condo sold in a day. Throughout the entire process she constantly stayed in communication. Went above and beyond in helping along the way. Helped smooth out few ruffles at very end and saw the sale right thru to end. I recommend her highly and would use her again anytime.

She was Knowledgeable about almost everything , but I didn’t like the handling of my sale on my old house! There was no open house sign to give prospective buyers an advance knowledge of the house for sale! Not many people were attracted because of this, not much of a turn out!
