I've worked with Theresa on three different properties, two sales and one purchase. Each sale happened within a few days of listing and the purchase offer was accepted immediately. Theresa gave excellent advice on all three properties to help facilitate the transaction. She was always professional and knowledgeable about the market. I valued her experience and would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction. I no longer live in FL but if I did she would be the only realtor I would consider working with for either a purchase or sale.

Theresa was the best. She helped me every step of the way. I was out of state, dealing with a lot and she always was positive and would keep me positive. When I need a agent in Florida I’m calling Theresa!

Working with Theresa Verrengia was a true blessing and a great experience in purchasing my first townhouse in New Port Richey. From day one Theresa was able to find and share several choice townhouses within my budget and demographic. In our first few days working together she was able to find the perfect option for me, which included an elevator, so she put an offer in. When it came to negotiating the final price, she was able to unexpectedly save me a few thousand off the asking price. As a handicapped veteran applying for a VA loan Theresa made sure everything from the applicatiin, the home inspection and right up to the closing table went smooth and met all the requirements necessary for me to move in by my original desired target date without a hiccup. She did a fantastic job helping me obtain the financing needed, at the lowest possible interest rate and unexpectedly saved me over $10,000 in closing cost just days before we closed on my purchase. From start to finish my experience working with Theresa was a pleasant and stress-free experience for me and my mental health. I would highly recommend Theresa Verrengia to anyone my circle of family, friends or fellow Veterans seeking a new or first home purchase. All that's left to say is, thanks Theresa for all your help and professionalism in accomplishing my goals and dreams on my first home purchase. Frank V
