Theresa and Brandon were amazing!!! When the house needed repairs, they fronted the money and made the repairs. My house sold and all parties were very happy!

We had been looking for a place for about two years with no success when we met Theresa. We were pretty specific about what we wanted and the location we wanted to be in. She immediately started showing us places. Even when we got discouraged, she never gave up until she found the perfect place for us. She guided us through everything we had to do for all the closing details. Theresa was a pleasure to work with. She was always eager to answer our questions and explain things to us, I would recommend her to anyone and would use her again myself.
