We have used Theresa on 4 different homes in the past 6 years, two purchases, two sales. Both sales had offers within a week of listing. On both sales Theresa negotiated a wonderful deal for us. She sold our house in the first weekend it was on the market, and it went for above asking/list price! She communicated with us regularly, prior to, during and after our sale. She also helped with staging and gave many other recommendations so we could get the top sale price. I would definitely use and recommend Theresa!
