Had great insight into the area and had great input on things that buyers look for, which helped greatly with the upgrades I had done to the property in order to sell immediately. The property had multiple offers within days of being on the market and we closed within 30 days of going into contract. She was very knowledgeable about the different areas of El Paso. We had made a wish list at the beginning, and she was very respectful of that. We had some very good conversations over the months we worked together, and I felt like we could be friends when all was said and done with the business at hand.
