When my husband and I decided we wanted to move to Florida, we had no idea where to start house shopping. I met Theresa accidentally in an open house that I went to see in Wesley Chapel. I liked how approachable she was and told her what I was looking for and that I was moving from California. She listened to everything carefully to our long list of specifications and at that time I did not know how good she would be at matching us with the right home. All the properties that she showed us met every specification we were looking for...but the market in March 2022 was very hot in Tampa and nothing would stay in more than a day and I was running out of time as I had an interest rate locked at very low rate. She worked so hard and showed us many properties that matched our criteria, but somebody always outbid us. At one time she showed us 10 houses in one day and we finally found our home in Tampa Palms. We are highly satisfied with her work during the entire process including drafting our proposals, negotiation, communication, timeliness, post-closing service etc. We could not have asked for a real estate agent better than Theresa.
