Teri took me through this selling experience and answered so many questions; handled so many potentially difficult situations. Managed transfer of condominium from rental to residence ready for sale, provided advice and names of experienced handymen to correct electrical issues, and move items. She was persistent in moving the sale and settlement forward whatever the issue, and were a few, so I reached my goal of settlement in 2023. Teri managed appointments with potential purchasers and agents and helped process all the clearances necessary for a successful transfer of ownership. I highly recommend her.

26 years ago the Cucinotta Team sold our home and helped us buy a new home. When it came time to repeat the process, calling Theresa (Terri) was the only call we needed to make.
