I did not use a buyer's agent. I worked directly with the listing agent, Theresa Ortiz Corchado. She was very helpful every step of the way and continues to be even after the sale.

Theresa Ortiz Corchado is the best Realtor I have ever worked with over the last 25 years of me buying and selling multiple homes. Throughout the process she was quick to respond to all my calls, texts and emails at any given moment. Her knowledge and skills as a Realtor are very impressive. Her professionalism and upbeat personality never wavered. I believe she ranks as one of the "Top 10 Realtors in the Tampa Bay Area"

When we met Theresa we had a good feeling about her job experience. She speaks Spanish and English fluently, and when she promised to sell our house in a week, she did it in three days. Any questions we had she answered immediately, and she constantly proved that she knew exactly what she was doing.

Theresa was knowledgeable on the area and kept us in our budget! She was great to work with!

Theresa and Jennifer guided us through the home buying process like true professionals. They were very responsive and took action quickly when needed. They ensured we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision, whether it be financial or otherwise. I honestly felt like they had our best interest in mind the entire time and that was invaluable to us as new home buyers. They did all of this during the COVID pandemic which is even more of an accomplishment and speaks to just how dedicated, organized and punctual they are.

I can't say enough great things about Theresa. At the time we bought our house in Lakeland, we were living in California. We had made several visits to Florida, and Theresa did her best to roll out the "red carpet" for my wife on each visit. She met my wife each time, made sure she had enough homes to see that were not only in our price range, but she listened very carefully as to what our dream home must be like. Unfortunately, we just couldn't settle on that one, "very special" home. Then after our 3rd visit to Florida, my wife came home after her last trip, and wouldn't you know, she ended up finding her dream home. The house just "popped" up on the market and we immediately called Theresa. She explained the house would be on the market just for 1 week. And a open house was planned. So, immediately we asked Theresa to contact the owner, letting them know that buyers were coming in specifically to see their house the next day. We did just that, made them an offer and the next day my wife flew back home and before she landed, we were notified we bought the house!!! Theresa was great. Since we couldn't there for the inspection, walk through, and other requirements, Theresa handled it all. Since then we have given her name to several of our friends who have started hunting for homes in Florida/Tampa Bay area. I couldn't recommend anyone else over Theresa. She understands you as a customer, knows the emotional high's and low's and made sure she held our hands the entire time, giving us assurances that everything would be done on time and it was! Theresa Corchado has a knowledge on the area of where we wanted to shop and also is very helpful with floor plans landing your needs and wants! Finding someone who know what a house should sale for base upon upgrades, square footage and potential area growth is great!
