I recently relocated to Arizona from Illinois. I was researching for agents and for some reason I knew Theresa was the one. Relocating to another state where you have never been to can be nerve racking and you never know if someone is taking advantage of you. Not with Theresa. No ma'am. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She’s extremely professional, kind, and fun to hang out with. Her approach to making offers was unique and ultimately I found my dream home at a great deal. Her knowledge and experience with inspections and the industry were impressive. When we did inspections, she had such great knowledge in this area. She was not afraid to be very vocal about the things that were not acceptable and got the job done with the seller’s agent. Another plus is that she knew amazing mortgage brokers and coming from another state, I didn’t know where to look. She got one on hand. The mortgage broker I worked with was awesome and this was probably the most easiest and seamless process ever. I love my new home and it wouldn’t have been possible without Theresa’s help. I highly recommend anyone to hire Theresa. She’s just an amazing person and agent.

Theresa did an outstanding job handling the purchase of my new home. Once she knew the parameters of what I was looking for, she went to work looking at available listings. She knows people in title transfer, and financing that she has worked with in the past, that produce results. After the purchase was finalized, she spent one morning at home researching my solar contract, to find out who we needed to contact, to transfer the contract to me. I would recommend Theresa to anyone else looking buying or selling in the real-estate market.

We chose Theresa because she isn't your typical real estate agent. Sure, she is professional and knowledgeable, but she is also personable and friendly. She knows the market and provides lots of data, but she also explains it in an understandable way. She was in constant contact with us during the process and went way out of her way to help us get from offer to closing...and then some. We started thinking about selling last year and Theresa stayed with us for the entire time. We talked to a couple other agents but they quickly lost interest when we didn't put the house up right away. But not Theresa. She kept us updated on the market and was always available to take our calls. She stayed with us for 16 months. I told her last year that she was our agent and she not only believed me but was an encouraging force during the entire time. She was never pushy. She never lost interest in us. She was always there to help us. I don't just consider her my real estate agent. I now consider her my friend. That's the way she rocks. Best experience I've ever had with a realtor. This house was in terrible condition and Theresa spent a huge amount of time and a lot of her own money making sure we got maximum out of this property.
