Buying real estate out of state is a challenge. Having an agent that goes the extra mile is essential. Theresa is that agent. My job keeps me away from the phone for extended periods of time but Theresa made sure all the paper work, appointments, Title company details, and the rest were handled on time. Questions were answered correctly, phone calls returned promptly, all the i's dotted and t's crossed-- what else could you ask of your agent? This was a rather small financial transaction but I was treated like it was a million dollar deal.
