Theresa went above and beyond to close my house on time. She made sure repairs were done while I was out of the country, pressed the title company to move when they were not being responsive, worked with the seller to cover closing costs and repairs needs and kept the bank on time when they dropped the ball. I would absolutely work with her again and refer her to anyone looking to buy in the greater DFW area. She's a joy to work with and excellent at what she does.
