It is rare in the real estate world to find an agent as responsive and caring as Terry. She helped me purchase a condo in Boca while I was living in Boston and unable to travel due to Covid restrictions. Terry showed my sister several units and helped negotiate the best price for me. In addition, she went far above and beyond in making sure the closing went smoothly by making sure I had all the necessary information and paperwork, as well as went to the final inspection/walk through with a video so I could take part. She checked on the condo to make sure the air conditioning was running and happened to be visiting on a day when a water pipe broke. She was able to quickly get the water turned off and spent hours pushing water out of the condo with a squeegee and arranging for her son to remove the wet carpet to minimize damages and mold. She has an amazing personality, the type of person you would cherish as a trusted friend.
