Theresa was great! She adapted her schedule to ours so that we could see homes in a timely fashion. She was patient with all of our questions and took the time to ensure we thoroughly knew what we were doing. She also took all of the leg work out of our hands! Wonderful person and I highly recommend her! She sold our home and helped us purchase another.
Working with Theresa Kane was a true pleasure. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Her communication skills are superb, promptly answering and responding to our calls, texts and emails. We knew we had a lot of work to get our house ready for sale, but Ms. Kane came in a told us exactly what to do. We took her advice and she sold our house in 4 days!!!!! She was also so patient and helpful throughout the 3 months it took finding our dream house.

We lived overseas for many years. When we found out we were moving to Jacksonville Florida our close friend shared Theresa' s info. After contacting her and giving her a brief description of what we were looking for. Theresa sent us homes via email right away. SHE WAS very flexible when we contacted her late night or early morning when we were in a different time zone. First impression you'll get is she's genuine and very kind. You'll want to be her friend because it's like having family member looking out for your best I interest. It was 4 months before we moved to Jacksonville and once we arrived Theresa gave us her undivided attention and showed us a variety of homes. SHE also pointed out details about the homes we would have never notice such as poor construction or cheap upgrades, overpricing etc.., and she helped us stick to our price range. Also she listened to us when we change our mind about something and was very patient and understanding. In the end we found a great home for a great price in a beautiful neighborhood. I recommend her 100 percent!
