My purchasing the Highland Circle Condo was the third real estate purchase or sale that Theresa Johnson has for me and no one could have done anything better than she did. She cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything that could have been done to her client's benefit was done. She is now in the process of selling my loft and we are now in the process of completing the sale. Very knowledgeable about the process and what was needed from me, it allowed the process to go smooth and close quickly. Provided comps to make sure we were properly priced to sell and made sure we didn't over pay when buying. We ended up selling our house (the highest in the neighborhood) and purchased our new house $20,000 under listing price. We got a beautiful RANCH home under listing price in this crazy market. We are thrilled!
