Theresa provided excellent service when selling my home. She understands the market and gave good advice on cost, pricing, repairs, and sales tactics. With her vast experience, Theresa was able to answer all my questions, and anticipate required actions. Theresa was always available, even late at night and on weekends. She was always friendly and patient. Theresa made selling my home a good experience.

Teresa did a thorough review of the comps and presented options that allowed me to strongly participate in decision making. She secured photographs of my house very quickly and had them posted. She was a very calming influence for me throughout the process, a stressful time. Communications were timely and her support was very much appreciated. She was very professional.
