One day I was talking to a old landlord of mine mentioning that I may be in the market for a house. This man has plenty of real a state, and when it comes to choosing a realtor I believed in his opinion. He tells me “ I have the best realtor in the business, I’ll send you her contact and see what you think”. Long story short my wife and I met Teresa through a text message and our relationship with her grew rapidly over the coming months. We had her running all over this town and even into the boondocks looking at houses, and boy was it a adventure. Then we found the perfect home and Teresa was there to close the deal for us, she did a fantastic job! Hopefully we buy again in a few short years, we will most definitely use her again. She was GREAT! Not to mention when we received the keys she also congratulated us with the best gift basket Trader Joe’s specials! I can go on and on about her! She’s just great, and her and my wife where like to peas in a pod. It was so easy communicating with her and she did so much work. We will not forget the adventures we had house hunting! She hands down is a top tier realtor and we would highly recommend anyone looking to buy, use her! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Selling a house is very time consuming and nerve racking! I have dealt with Theresa for awhile, she is very knowledgeable. I don't have to worry about details or legal issues ,she thinks of it all.
