All I can say is PATIENCE!! Theresa has the patience of a Saint! She was so patient with all of my newest: the questions, frustration, ignorance, and innocence. Theresa is also very responsive. She answered all of my calls/texts within 15 minutes no matter day or night! Theresa is very knowledgeable about this craft!
