Ms. Harris has been our property manager since September 2010, and recently represented us in the sale of our Home in North Carolina. Our contract for property management included an inspection of our home every 6 months and our reports were always ....house in immaculate state, until we started the selling process. Upon an actual inspection there was rotted boards never reported to us, the roof was in bad shape and it was never reported, as well as many other things which was never reported to us. Had Ms. Harris done her job and reported the damages upon inspection we would not have had to pay an astronomical amount of money before the sale of the house was complete. Think twice before you hire her as a property manager. Definitely not worth the $150 dollars a month we spent for 8 years.
