Theresa Guthrie

Theresa was a magnificent realtor. Who met every man that I asked for texted a day or night and she will respond within the hour if not sooner she never questioned anything I asked for even if it was silly she took her time to understand what it means to find a first hole for somebody and in their little girl, I couldn’t have done this without Teresa. She was a godsend. She helped me so much and I am so grateful for her.

Theresa always reached out with updates to let us know what was happening. She has great networking capabilities. She was patient with us as we were not always easy to get a hold of. We would highly recommend her!

Theresa helped my 83 year old mother sell her house. She did an amazing job. She was so patient and on top of everything!! I will be referring her to anyone I know wanting to sell their house!

Theresa answered every question I had promptly. Was very helpful in guiding me thru the entire process. I highly recommend her for her professionalism and knowledge.

Theresa was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was an excellent communicator, always available day or night, and worked tirelessly to ensure the sale was completed successfully. Her friendly personality, sound advice, and willingness to help with anything we needed made the experience seamless and stress-free. We truly appreciated her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to helping us every step of the way.

Great response time, driving from midland to lapeer to show houses was no problem. Great guidance and tips on what to look out for when buying my first house! Communication was very fast as well.
