In the beginning of hunt for a property She always exceeded our expectations whether it was existing property available, new listing's, new build developments. Once we identified our target with budget and location she was on top of it providing information via email, text and phone. Her local knowledge of neighborhoods, amenities, restaurants, schools has to be the best in the industry. If she doesn't have an answer she tracks it down quickly. I don’t think I could give enough credit to Theresa! Picture putting your dreams and desires into a slot machine and taking a win on your first spin . Theresa is the slot machine ! When hands-on is phrased , with her it should be emphasized. I am still in my beginner stage with agents but I have great knowledge and contact experience with them and by far I’ve never witnessed one with such care , power in connections, and love for his/her work . I think anyone who is lookin to get into the market should be directed to her office immediately with no questions asked because they will be answered as soon as that someone arrives. I can’t put into words how great Theresa is at what she does but her work ethic definitely fuels the reason for my silence . My wife and I love Theresa and appreciate everything she has done for us !
