Theresa listed and sold my house in Georgetown. Selling homes involves a team of handymen, contractors, inspectors, In the country, it is even more involved and there are not as many buyers as in the city. I don't live near the property so sometimes she had to go there and check on things. During all this, she kept a smile on her face. She did an excellent job.
