Without any knowledge of the area, we were feeling very vulnerable. Theresa Dinardo was amazing! She listened, gave us a variety of options, shared her expertise and concerns and caring. She was able to balance professionalism with a personal touch, which is so important when you are moving somewhere new. Instead of pushing us towards a property, she listened. There was never the feeling of a 'hard sell' and she never tried to steer us towards a more expensive option. In fact, her righteous indignation on our behalf was truly heartwarming- she even rejected a property we were considering once she spoke with the agent and the landlord because she could see they were dishonest and she anticipated problems. With Theresa, we found the perfect place! And she did not stop there. She negotiated and addressed issues we did not even know existed! She got us a great deal and we love where we are. Even after we were moving in, when there were a few bumps in the road (gas leak, water problems...) she went back to the landlord to make sure we were covered. Even now, when there's a question, we feel confident that we can call Theresa and get the right answer. We will NEVER rent or buy a property in Queens without Theresa Dinardo.
