My husband and I met Theresa through a family friend who described Theresa as a closer. We weren’t really sure if we wanted to purchase a home; however, we decided to reach out to Theresa to find out if it really was good time to purchase a home (in the midst of a pandemic). Being first time homebuyers, we went through a mixture of emotions. Theresa was there to support and normalize our feelings as well as to keep us focused on our goal. We dedicated every weekend to searching for a home. She was aggressive and creative when putting in our offer. Two months into our house hunting and because of our shared determination, our offer was accepted. 30 days later we were officially first time homeowners. I would highly recommend Theresa to any and everyone whether it’s their first home purchase or their an experienced home buyer/seller.

Buying a house is stressful. Selling a house is stressful. Executing both simultaneously takes the stress level to an unfathomable level. Having Theresa as my real estate agent during this taxing process decreased the stress on me immensely. Overnight Theresa became my therapist, financial planner, salesperson, negotiator, not to mention her endless list of referrals for everything under the sun. When the lender I was using to buy my new house was not pulling his weight, Theresa ‘lit a fire’ under him to keep the process moving forward. Theresa remained professional at all times. Her communication was exemplary during the entire process. She kept herself available 24/7. I will always have immense gratitude for Theresa and her ability to seamlessly make a very trying process tolerable.

We weren’t expecting to sell our house but Theresa brought us a buyer due to her networking during COVID. Much appreciated.
