Theresa did an excellent job getting me the house I wanted. She was able to get me a good deal, is very knowledgeable and was able to make the deal go smoothly and easy for me, even though there were some hiccups in the background which she dealt with, keeping me from having to handle them.

We worked with Theresa Borkowski to buy our house last winter (winter 2022). At that time, the market was very hot and many houses were selling in a matter of couple days (not much time to make a decision and get in an offer). We started with a sellers agent supplied by Zillow, but quickly moved on to Theresa on the advice of a friend who had worked with her to buy his house. The difference working with Theresa from the Zillow agent was night and day! Theresa's knowledge of the market, and house quality in terms of things to look for (mechanicals, red flags, etc.) were head and shoulders above the other agent! Theresa really understood the market and had a great handle on what was a good location and price. Because we were new to the area and weren't entirely sure where we wanted to buy and even the type of place we were looking for (we started looking at condos, but moved on to single family homes), we looked at a lot of properties (we probably looked at upwards of forty properties). Theresa was very patient with us, even though we looked for months trying to figure out what we wanted. She put a lot of effort into learning what we wanted and worked with us to find the ideal situation. She did a great job of assessing our needs, and would only advise an offer when the property suited us well. In the end, after looking for a long time and at many properties, we got the best house for us (and at a good price - which was very rare at that time). Great agent to work with and I can't recommend Theresa enough!
