Theresa did a wonderful job. I texted her on a Saturday afternoon with a question. She immediately responded and by Sunday we completed the deal. Excellent experience.

Will definitely use Cutler Real Estate and Theresa Allen should we need to buy or sell in the future.

Rhonda was very supportive and patient during my journey to a new home. As a first time home buyer I appreciated her thoroughness when we viewed properties as well as her advice and expertise. Thank you for helping too make my dream of homeownership a reality!

Loved working with Rhonda!!!

Theresa Allen and Rhonda Albaugh did a terrific job handling the sale of our home. They were on top of everything, very responsive, and very professional. They are very knowledgeable of the housing market and guided us throughout the sale process.

I would highly recommend Theresa Allen she kept me informed and updated as the process of buying my home went on.

We are very happy in our new home.

Great job, good listeners and outstanding, quick results made for a satisfying sale and purchases!

We had Theresa as our sales agent 21 years ago when we sold our previous home. She did a great job for us then and did not disappoint us on this sale either. She knows the Lake Township area well and helped us negotiate a smooth sale.

We had worked with Theresa selling our previous home 21 years ago. She did a great job for us then so we looked her up when we decided to sell our home in Hartville. She knows the greater Lake Township, Uniontown, Hartville area well. She did a great job for us.

Theresa Allen is wonderful and she helps in every possible to get what we want.

Teresa Allen is professional and strives to maintain accuracy and performance excellence. Always a pleasure!
