When my husband and I decided to start looking at homes in an absolute ridiculous market, we needed a true trusted advisor. To say Ted rose to the occasion is an understatement. He take us through 48 houses, yes, you read that correctly, and treated everyone as a new adventure. He took his time, answered our questions, applied his years of construction experience when it was needed, etc. He held our hands and our hearts through the bad news and the good. When we finally found our dream home, he helped us write a letter and submitted our packet quickly so it could have eyes on it asap. These things helped us have our offer accepted!
