I had the pleasure of working with Theo this past year while selling my home in VA. Theo was great, and I don’t say that lightly. She worked hard at marketing of my home, had a great network of folks to help me in getting last minute details taken care of. We even had a buyer back out and Theo helped keep me positive, never lost her focus on selling my house and 2 weeks later we had another contract! I highly recommend Theo for a smooth transaction!
