We have worked with Theo buying and selling nine properties personally and professionally for over 10 years. Theo has the right amount of tact, assertiveness, wisdom and overall knowledge to listen to what his clients want, need and what they're truly looking for. There's not a time off for Theo - he's available to take a call to answer a question or work to finalize a deal day or night. I've encountered many realtors who only work when it's convenient for their schedule. Theo's main goal is to work to make his clients happy. I've counted on Theo's advice and brainstorming on many properties and have made a fair amount of money listening to his advice. I highly recommend Theo Pretorius - and I'll be honest, I don't really like realtors - but I honestly like, trust and count on Theo's judgement when buying and selling real estate in North Carolina.
