My Realtor and My Friend

My husband and I were blessed to have found Thea to be our realtor when we moved from Pennsylvania to Georgia in 2019. We told her what we were looking for, and Thea helped us find the perfect house and guided us through the process of purchasing a house in another state. She became my first friend in Georgia. A little over a year later, Thea once again helped me with a new challenge. I had just lost my husband, but an opportunity came up to help my son and his wife get a house for their family. It was an emotional process for me so soon after losing my husband, but with Thea’s help, encouragement and positive attitude, we all worked diligently to make it happen. We were able to close on their forever home in just six weeks. Thea has helped me with two houses in one year, and her work ethic and honesty are above reproach! Her friendship means the world to me.
