She is professional, very responsive in handling phone calls, emails and texts...even on weekends. Kept us informed along the way. Even when she is with you and has a call coming in, we never felt like we were a bother, she kept her attention to us. Char has excellent resources to produce a professional listing, to help with any issues that need addressing (plumbing, electrical or plaster repair). Our property was on a dead end road, but we had heavy traffic to view property due to her website listing. It was a joy to work with Char. We had an offer 11 days later and sold the property 8 weeks after listed.
