I owned two homes. To my misfortune, I encountered several life circumstances which put me in a financial bind. I contacted homevesters and we buy houses hoping to get cash for my properties as they advertise in their commercials. To my dismay theses companies literally proposed a deal in which I would I'd walk away empty handed. Upon meeting Mr. Fernandez of the United Home Team, I was assured all hope was not lost and that I could actually walk away from my debts with a considerable increase. From the initial contact, Mr. Fernandez made me feel comfortable with doing business with him. His knowledgeable expertise in real estate and contractors paid off for me. Joseph Fernandez first contacted me when I expressed interest in a home on Zillow. He was very friendly, relaxed, and not pushy at all. He helped us in not just finding a new house, he helps us find a place where I know we will be very happy for many, many years to come. He initially just asked what type of home we were interested in buying and it seemed like he completely understood what we were looking for in a house. When he would show us a house, I believe that he was way more interested in making us happy in picking a new house, than making a sale. He looked fo things that we would have never thought about... which helped us in not making a huge mistake. He is very knowledgable and creative. He could probably even help you redecorate your new home. I would never do business with him again, because he already helped us find our dream home and community and do not plan on leaving....unless we win the lotto or something.. however, I would like to recommend Joseph to anyone seeking to buy a home.
