After terms were agreed on, they handled every step of the purchase process with VERY limited involvement from us. Highly recommend!
Tina and her team were awesome. Each team member had their area of expertise, and handled their piece of the process timely and flawlessly. When ancillary support was needed, they had contact with resources for flooring, painting, staging, packing, photography, etc who were responsive and reasonably priced.
