The Steven Cohen Team

I selected Steven Cohen Team agency after a thorough evaluation of those agencies working and focusing on the South End. I’m glad I did. Working with Steven Cohen Team in general was a pleasure and fun. I was very happy and pleased with the level of professionalism, the knowledge of the market the area and the process, they made everything so easy and they were extremely responsive to every demand, to every question and even last minute requests. I definitely would recommend them and definitely would like to use them to help me to buy my next home. Thank you to every member of Steven Cohen Team specially Margaret, Chrystyna and of course Steven. Tarik Alkhereiji

I cannot praise the Steven Cohen team enough for the service and support they provided us while selling our Boston condo and purchasing another, all as the Covid-19 pandemic was descending upon us. The level of service they provided was well above our expectations and, during these trying and unsettling times, it was comforting to know we were working with a professional, experienced and compassionate team that would get us through whatever challenge we might encounter. We are forever grateful for all the sound advice and guidance they provided, as well as the compensation they were able to negotiate for us both on the buying and selling ends. Their selling advice regarding pricing, timing, marketing and staging was all spot on and, as buyers, they were more than willing to show us a range of properties as we honed in on what it was we wanted. It was truly a pleasure to work with each and every member of the team (Steven, Margaret, Barrie and Kate) and I would highly recommend the Steven Cohen Team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the greater Boston area.

The Steven Cohen team was outstanding in the sale of our South End condo. Steven's smarts, energy, accessibility, empathy, and deep knowledge of the market led us to a bespoke marketing strategy that resulted in a couple of quick offers and enabled us to get under contract at a fair price, flexible terms for us, and with buyers who'll be a great fit with our building's community. And Margaret, the transaction coordinator, is driven, creative, and supremely well organized, and made the closing process a breeze. We'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.
