When I first expressed interest in the RJF Team about listing my house for sale, Brian Hodges made the initial call for them. He would not handle the listing himself, but he mentioned that he could help when I started looking for a rental. He did help with that, helping me identify and see houses of interest. In touring one of the rental houses and hearing more about what I wanted to do once renting, he made a convincing argument that I might be better off purchasing. He again paved the way, arranging multiple visits and obtaining helpful information about those houses. One of those paid off, and I am two days away from closing on it. Throughout, Brian was always available and quick to respond to any request. He also gave good advice, and is an extremely nice and pleasant young man, in addition to knowing his real estate. I was glad to have him on my side.
