I have never dealt with a company that provides...
I have never dealt with a company that provides worse customer service than The Realty Dot. The lack of responsiveness was incredibly unprofessional and ultimately led to our decision to cancel the listing. Unfortunately the cancellation did not happen in a timely manner either, so I would definitely advise against working with this company if you are considering selling your home.
