Seven homes bought and sold with these realtors through 16 years all for profit. What fun!

We stopped in Matlacha on our way back from Savanna, GA, on a Friday, and found four houses we were interested in. Geri had us viewing the houses the next morning by 9:00 AM. We made an offer on one we liked and were all set for the closing by Saturday evening. When selling, Bob does the number crunching and gets us the best feel for the market and what price to list at. We end up with no surprises and happy bank accounts!
