Mark Petras has guided me through a home purchase and, most recently, a sale. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and answered every one of my silly questions. Mark responded very quickly every time I emailed, texted or called. Thank you Petras Team!!

Mark was super helpful and completely willing to move his schedule to ours. Working full time and going to school made it hard to find time, but Mark was always willing to help us late at night or early Saturday mornings! He found great homes for us to look at and made sure to only show us houses that were at or below our budget (which I greatly appreciated!).
