We listed our house with The Palmer Team in May to upgrade our home to a different neighborhood. Our listing presented very well as they had pictures done professionally that showcased our home. Since we had no pressure to sell, we had a very specific price point we wanted to sell at to make the numbers work for us. Wilmot and Blaine did a great job to keep us calm and assured us we were priced appropriately, during the first week when a few low offers came in. By week two, we went into a multiple offer situation and had our house under contract for over the list price. They took calls on our behalf at all hours by agents and held firm for us when buyers' agents started to become unreasonable. They then turned around and, within a week of our home going under contract, had a home for us to purchase under contract as well. They dealt with all our crazy questions and nerves and I would not buy or sell a home without them in the future. In addition, they had all the contact information we needed for inspectors, cleaning companies, etc. Blaine and Wilmot truly were a one stop shop for anything we needed during the process.
